This policy describes how Edge Banding Machine Sourcing handles inquiry fields such as contact details, specifications and optional budget notes. It is not a claim that a factory has been audited by this service.
The inquiry form collects name, work email and a requirement description. Company and phone are optional. Optional helper fields for inquiry option, target budget and supplier preference are merged into the same requirement field at submit when JavaScript is available. Without JavaScript, write those notes directly in the requirement box.
We use the fields to clarify the brief and to request factory wholesale quotes from plants that may answer the stated edge banding duty. We do not sell inquiry contents as a marketing list. Supplier replies remain those suppliers’ documents.
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to coordinate the request or to meet a legal duty that applies to the correspondence. Use the work email on the form if you need a copy of what you submitted. This site does not publish a postal address because none is configured.
Named factories that receive a forwarded brief will see the specifications required to quote. Hosting and form-processing vendors acting for this service may store the same fields. We do not treat a public machinery article as personal data about a visitor.
